Chawal, Subji, and Chai

One often sees images from China and India, where some common English word is misspelled. Now here is a counter example where the Hindi words Chawal, Subji, and Chai are grossly misspelled here in an American book.

koko, the book was about Indian groceries and food products explained for a primarily American audience.
